For mountain biking, you’ll need a solid bike and a helmet for safety. Padded shorts will keep you comfy, and good shoes help with grip. A hydration pack or water bottle is great for staying hydrated, plus a repair kit and basic first-aid supplies are smart to have. Enjoy the ride!
