PRE-SEASON

CHECKLIST

Registering for the MTB team involves a few steps. Here they all are in one place. Note that all team fees are non-refundable.

1.

SIGN UP (new riders only)

Use this form to submit your school information so the sorting hat can put you in the right house.

2.

GIVE YOURSELF A GOAL

We all need to have a goal to work towards. What are you working towards this year?

3.

VOLUNTEER

We are entirely volunteer-driven, so your help is needed. Please let us know how you would like to help the team by using this form.

4.

PAY TEAM DUES

For Grafton, Port, and OCC (Mequon, Northern Oz., etc.), team dues are $40 per family.  Please make check payable to OCC MTB and mail to 2528 State Hwy 33, Port Washington, WI 53074. Or give your check or cash to the attendance coach at practice, or use the link below.

For Cedarburg, team dues are $40 per family.  Please make checks payable to Cedarburg Mountain Bike Club and either given to a coach at 1st practice or you can pay via Venmo @CedarburgMTB

5.

REGISTER WITH NICA

Complete NICA registration and pay League and NICA dues ($125 total) in PitZone, complete when the rider is listed as “practice-ready.” (This does not include team dues.)

6.

REGISTER FOR WEEKEND BIKE FESTIVAL OR RACES (OPTIONAL)

Also complete in Pit Zone. Registration for races can happen up to a week before each individual race so this can be completed later.  Registering day of fees will be higher.

7.

COMMUNICATE

You will have an email from the team each week starting the week before the first practice. For last-minute schedule changes, download the app TeamSnap (you can choose text, push or email notifications) based on your team:  You will be able to log in after you are sent an initial invite from the team.

8.

ORDER YOUR KIT

Storefronts normally open in May and close in mid June. This is your first chance to order for the current season. If your child intends to race, they will need to have a team jersey at a minimum.  The store will open again in July and will close at end of the month to order and get kits before the first event weekend.
