PRE-SEASON
CHECKLIST

Registering for the OZ MTB club involves a few steps.

Here they all are in one place.

Note that all club fees are non-refundable.

1.

SIGN UP (new riders only)

Use this form to submit your school information so the sorting hat can put you in the right house.

2.

GIVE YOURSELF A GOAL

We all need to have a goal to work towards. What are you working towards this year?

3.

VOLUNTEER

We are entirely volunteer-driven, so your help is needed. Please let us know how you would like to help the club by using this form.

4.

PAY CLUB DUES

Club dues are $50 per rider with a maximum of $100 per family. Each rider gets a practice dri-fit tee with their registration. Please pay before June 20th to ensure you get a t-shirt! 

5.

REGISTER WITH NICA

Complete NICA registration and pay League and NICA dues ($130 total) in PitZone, complete when the rider is listed as “practice-ready.” (This does not include club dues, above.)

6.

REGISTER FOR WEEKEND BIKE FESTIVAL OR RACES (OPTIONAL)

Also complete in Pit Zone. Registration for races can happen up to a week before each individual race so this can be completed later. 

7.

COMMUNICATE with Teamsnap

After you complete registration in Pitzone and pay your club dues, you will be added to our Teamsnap App. Weekly we will send an email starting the week before the first practice. For last-minute schedule changes you will get an alert. Please download the app TeamSnap (you can choose text, push or email notifications) based on your club:  You will be able to log in after you are sent an initial invite from the club.

8.

ORDER YOUR KIT

Storefronts normally open in May and close in mid June. This is your first chance to order for the current season. If your child intends to race, they will need to have a club jersey at a minimum.  The store will open again in July and will close at end of the month to order and get kits before the first event weekend.
